I haven't received the SOS pre-order
I purchased the SOS version of the card pack pre-order yesterday. I received the card back, but after the new version was launched today, I didn't receive pre-ordered card packs. I noticed that many other players have reported the same issue on the forum. I hope the problem can be resolved as soon as possible. If necessary, I can upload relevant files as proof.
