Disappear not triggering when sacrificing mutagen
Foot Mystic disappear glows after sacrificing a mutagen token but does not trigger the effect.

It's an ETB trigger with an intervening-if clause, so it triggers when the Foot Mystic enters the battlefield, and only if the additional condition has been met. It does not get another chance to trigger once it is on the battlefield, because even if the if-condition is met, the enter-the-battlefield part is not.
