Creature with reach cannot block certain attacking creatures with flying
Opponents creatures gained flying due to effect of planeswalker ability.
My one creature with reach could only select the two zombie tokens to block and not the soldier tokens or the packbeast.
Could not see any effect that would force this behavior.

This is very hard to diagnose without knowing which creatures were on the board, maybe attach a screenshot next time?
There are creatures and other spells that prevent some creatures blocking.
