Steps to reproduce:
1. Attack with any unblocked creature
2. Activate Full control after blocks
3. Activate Ninjutsu on A-Silver-Fur Master

Expected Result
Game should prompt for selection of mana color for the hybrid cost in A-Silver-Fur Master's Ninjutsu Ability.

Actual Result
Prompt shows incorrect Surveil header, an extra empty selector spinner, and the buttons are non-functional.

Relevant Occurrence
Ninjutsu-ing a A-Silfer-Fur Master off of a A-Moon-Circuit Hacker draw trigger. Entering Full Control during the Scry overlay gives an opportunity to Ninjutsu after the draw without setting a turn breakpoint. Additional attached screenshot shows that this only affects the rebalanced version of Silver-Fur Master, which has a hybrid Ninjutsu cost.

Workaround
Exit Full Control after stopping after the draw, but before activating Ninjutsu. This skips the prompt to choose mana color for the hybrid cost, but allows the Ninjutsu timing without needing to set a stop beforehand.

Other similar bugs
A similar bug has been reported for other cases, including casting Cling to Dust using Escape, Equipping Transmogrant's Crown, Yera and Oski returning from Exile etc. All cases show a bugged and non-interactive overlay with no option but to concede.
