Subject: Connection Issue on Wi-Fi (Error Updating Data)
Hello,
I’m experiencing a connection issue while playing MTG Arena on mobile.
When I try to launch the game using a Wi-Fi connection, I consistently receive the error message: “Error Updating Data – Please check your connection and try again.” However, when I switch to mobile data (4G/5G), the game works normally without any issues.
This suggests that the problem may be related to how the game connects through certain Wi-Fi networks.
Details:
- Platform: Mobile (Android and IOS)
- Connection issue: Only on Wi-Fi
- Mobile data: Works normally
- Error message: “Error Updating Data”
I have already tried:
- Restarting the device
- Clearing cache
- Reinstalling the game
- Testing different Wi-Fi networks
None of these steps resolved the issue.
