Rakshasa Vizier + Lier, disciple of the drowned interaction broken. it simply does not register nor can I find any good enough reason to explain why. This seems like a game design error or something because everyone I have discussed this with agrees this should work as intended and specified by the cards effects.
Lier gives all your instant/sorcery cards in the graveyard flashback.
I used Doc Aurlock, Grizzled Genius + Rootcoil Creeper to discount/help cast these spells.
However, somehow, after my opponent played Voriclex, Monstrous Raider something broke and my vizier's effect wouldn't even trigger off of the flashback cards but only those affected by Lier. If i cast any card with it's own exile or flashback effect, no problem! but as soon as I would use the discounted/added effect of Lier, no dice. It simply did not trigger. Again, seems like an error in scripting.

Casting a card via flashback puts it on the STACK, and it will get exiled from there. So Vizier has no business triggering for spells cast via flashback, since they are not exiled from your graveyard. If that somehow did happen in the past and now doesn't, then that is a bug having been fixed. If it is still happening for some cards cast via flashback, then that is a bug.
Also, Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider halves any counters put on an opponent's permanents rounding down, so a 1-mana card leaving your graveyard would result on zero counters on the Vizier.
