Tokens being removed incorrectly
Board state: Fire navy trebuchet, peregrin took, academy manufactor (optional)
During combat Trebuchet generates token Ballistic Boulder, this triggers Peregrin to generate a food token (and academy manufactor to generate a food a treasure and a clue.
Bug: After combat resolves the ballistic boulder is sacrificed, all the tokens that were generated by ballistic boulder are sacrificed.
Expected result: all the tokens except ballistic boulder should remain on the board after combat resolves.

Not a bug, but the correct result. A replacement effect that changes number and/or type of tokens ONLY changes those. Any additional effects pertaining the original tokens also apply to all additional tokens created this way if applicable. This includes, entering tapped, entering attacking, entering with counters, receiving counters, getting sacrificed at end of turn, etc.
