Loop detector
When we play in person, we can demonstrate a loop and specify how many times we want to repeat that loop. I love building durdly decks or decks that combo off and I can't really play them on Arena without timing out. As a seasoned software engineer, I think this would be feasible in the Arena game engine with little overhead. I envision a tracker that looks for loops and when it notices one occuring a number of times over some threshold, asks the user how many more times they would like to repeat the loop ( 0 or more ). I think this feature would bring a lot more diversity to arena and better align it's capabilities with paper magic.

With competitive brawl in the game now, this is especially necessary. Feels bad when you find your win line but lose because you got timed out making food chain mana, doing rofellos/staff of domination, or something simple like that.

Aside from adding civility to Arena, this could interact with the current turn system which could (likely) completely obviate the spate of "Arena-only" control decks that force the opponent to repeatedly time-out on their own turn.
