Krenko Marvin Murderous Mimic
When Marvin, Murderous Mimic is on the field and copies Krenko, Mob Bosses ability, it does not create the full double of tokens, and also negates Krenko from creating them as well.

I suspect, that you had reached the token limit of 250 per player on Arena.If you would go above that, no new tokens are created.
