Incorrect legendary creature (with prepared mechanics) removed
steps:
1. Abigale, Poet Laureate (unprepared) in play
2. Second Abigale, Poet Laureate casted to prepare first Abigale, Poet Laureate. First Abigale, Poet Laureate has
became prepared.
3. When choosing the second Abigale, Poet Laureate (unprepared) to be removed, an unprepared Abigale, Poet Laureate stayed in the battlefield while prepared Abigale, Poet Laureate is removed.
Encountered in PC twice.

Due to the possibility of more than two legendary permanents with the same name to happen to be under the same player's control, that player is required to choose the one permanent to KEEP around.
So this is not a bug, it is simply your inability to read what the game is asking you to choose.
