I had an opponent that played two Sunderflocks on the same turn while only having four lands and only one other elemental and no treasures made Find this A-hole cheater, ban him and fix the bug

No cheat, no bug. Just your inability to read cards. Eddymurk Crab is a 7 mana Elemental, and thus Sunderflock's own cost reduction makes it cost only 2 mana.
