Waiting for Server Response” Causing Lost Draft Picks
Hello,
I am contacting you again because I keep experiencing the same issue and I still have not received any response to my previous report.
During my draft, I was disconnected and stuck on the “Waiting for Server Response” screen for several minutes. Because of this issue, I lost at least 8 draft picks and the draft became impossible to continue correctly.
This has been happening repeatedly lately, and I have video recordings showing the problem every time it occurs. I create Magic content, so I have clear evidence of these disconnects and server issues.
I find this situation unacceptable, especially since I already submitted a similar ticket without any reply.
Would it at least be possible to receive compensation or a refund for the current draft event that was affected by these server issues?
