Brawl - Raph and Mikey with bug or hack on mana coast
My opponent was able to cast their commander, Raph and Mikey, Troublemakers, for only 6 mana instead of 7. Please verify. Here is the screenshot.

No, he paid 7 mana. The Castle Garrenbrig can tap itself and 4 mana to produce 6 mana spendable on only creatures.
