Damage based board wipes
This is about a bug I keep running into while playing my Judith deck. I have looked at all of the opponent effects and nothing gives their creatures indestructible or the ability to not be destroyed by Deathtouch. If you reproduce the field you see here and test it with Nibelheim Flame or other damage based board wipes.

With Nibelheim Aflame, it is the CREATURE that is dealing the damage, not the spell itself, as per its text. Thus the spell having deathtouch is irrelevant because it is not dealing any damage.
