Unable to add Pongify to deck after buying Hisasha Momose art
Unsure about the category.
I had zero Pongify. I opted to craft the Hisasha Momose art treatment. I was unable to add it to my brawl deck until I crafted the Dominik Mayer art. Then I was able to add it to the deck. So I had to spend two wild cards to unlock a limited-playable uncommon from 2007.
This wouldn't matter to me normally. I have previously been willing to pay whatever pittance is required to unlock my desired cosmetics. But I will not repeat this verifiable spending habit until WotC/Hasbro accepts the MtgA union. So this bug has suddenly become a point of friction. If I run into this again, I will simply cease my engagement. I have been spending money on Magic since Tempest, and spending money on Arena gems since.... idk, but I'm sure you have the data. But I am particularly unmotivated to continue doing so, for however many additional decades of life, until a union contract is signed. Because the product isn't as good as it was when I first started buying card stock, is it? Because most of the people who designed the products I happily spent money on now work for other companies. For some reason.
Do with this information what you will.
To whatever worker has to read this, solidarity.

Buying a card style does not get you the card, nor does it cost a wildcard. To use an art style you have to have the card. If you do not have the card, then you have to aquire it, by investing a wildcard, or opening a pack that contains it, or drafting it, etc.
So you spent a single wildcard and either 3000 gold or 600 gems. Not two wildcards.
