remand
Remand cannot be cast unless I'm responding to an opponent's spell. I'm playing a storm deck with Brain Freeze, and being able to respond to my own Brain Freeze with Remand so I can recast it and get two storm triggers is what I'd like to do. Maybe they changed the rules, but in paper magic it was always active player then inactive player priority, so even if it's not my turn, I should still get an opportunity to respond to my own spells before they resolve.

Hello, you have to hold priority to do that. In paper magic you can just announce that and it just happens but on arena if you don’t plan ahead and hit that button to hold it will pass priority to you opponent immediately and if they have no response then you won’t have an opportunity to cast remand before storm triggers go on the stack. Hope that helps, same for upkeep and end step game actions, sometimes you have to click it for that or to bluff the opponent that you have interaction.
