The Reality Chip
The Reality Chip is attached to a creature, I should therefore be able to cast spells from the top of my library which I cannot. Fix it.

Not a bug. You should read your own cards. If you want to cast spells from your library, you better not run Grafdigger's Cage:
"Players can't cast spells from graveyards or libraries."
