Redeem Card in Master Emporium (Lorehold Historian) failed, card missing or still unowned but lost orb
Orb redeem failed; Today I got orb reward (Pic 1), proceeded to go to Mastery Emporium by clicking spend orbs. Spent orb to redeem Lorehold the Historian Card, purchase done, card no longer in lineup (Pic 2). Check card to include in deck but card is unowned and missing in library despite redeeming with orb (Pic 3). Requesting admin to help fix problem and I'm expecting to get the redeemed card. Using PC to play MTG Arena.

Orbs and daily deals usually do not get you cards, just card STYLES. Says so in the picture of the "card" (bottom left corner, the blue triangle), as well as the first tooltip of the enlarged version. Card styles are not cards, they are alternative illustrations of the cards, which you can use IF you have zhe card. If you do not have the card, you havew to get it first to use the style. By using weildcards or opening the card in a pack, etc.
Todays basic lands in the daily deals are actual cards. Though they could just as well have been styles, since everyone has all the basics.
In short, there is nothing to redeem and nothing to compensate you for. You got exactly what you bought.
