Game crashed when i ahd the win causing my third loss:

I experienced a bug in MTG Arena that affected my event/gameplay and caused a loss of rewards/entry value.
Date/time: May 23rd ~ 6pm EST
Platform:Mac
Event or mode: Draft
Username: Portalrider
Issue: [describe exactly what happened]
Expected result: Game should not have crashed
Actual result: lost game got Phyrexian letters "Description" loading screen bug Lost items/rewards: 2200
I’d appreciate review and compensation if appropriate. I’ve attached screenshots/logs if available.
