Wilt in the Heat Bug
When playing strixhaven limited, my opponent cast the one red mana flashback card, targeting the Wilt in the Heat in their graveyard. Afterwards they were able to cast Wilt in the Heat for one red and one white mana, using its reduced cost that should only happen when a care leaves your graveyard in the same turn.

And a card did leave the graveyard: the Wilt in the Heat itself. Flashback put it on the stack from the graveyard. The first part of casting any spell is to put it from where the card is onto the stack. Costs are calculated and paid way later during the casting process.
