Low iq customer service
The guy who has the ID Anja on the customer service page is the single most low iq person that could ever work in such a service. Not only does he post stock responses without so much as a single human interaction between user-employee but he marks every other requests as solved by default. Literally low iq material and i have to ask are cubicle people tested for their skills or at least education in the matter or are they just hired on the premise that anyone goes?
