I play on mobile. The season just ended yesterday the 30th of may. I was in Diamond 1. So got reset to gold 1, as usual. Played some games got to Platinum 4.
Today I play a BO3 standard game, I win 2-1, when I win I only get one rank instead of 2. And when I got out of the match Arena tells me it is the end of the season, and gives me the en season reward screen, saying I was in Platinum 4 (which I was but only because the season already ended). So it gave me 3 blue packs with the Arena logo, which where empty, or I couldn't open, either way didn't do anything. BUT I got deranked from platinum 4 to Silver 1. I grind that game, I pay to play, I am mythic almost every month, I spend hours playing, and suddenly my account just gets deranked like that ? Why does this just happen ? Can you put me back ? Do I have to spend another day grinding because of your error ? Thank you
