Fire Jacob
The support staff failure known as 'Jacob' continuously rushes to close every complaint ticket within minutes of posting them, can't even enforce their own policy over offensive names when given literal years, but call him out for it and he throws a hissy fit and hands out a ban because he's obvious a nepo hire.
fire him and fix all the ticket requests he's pushed under the rug.
