Disturb Mechanic Bug + CMC Calculation Bug
I targeted a [[Covert Cutpurse]] with the ability of [[Pyre of Heroes]].
Upon resolution I was unable to select any of the following CMC creatures: 1, 4, 6.
I had one creature of each CMC in my deck to target, and wanted to test each. [[Changeling Outcast]] 1, [[Gisa, Glorious Resurrector]] 4, and [[Harvester of Souls]] 6.
While 1 and 6 should be invalid/incorrect, 4 should be valid. I should have been able to select [[Gisa, Glorious Resurrector]]
The rules below should show my reasoning for 4 being the actual valid option.
702.146 Disurb
702.146b A resolving transforming double-faced spell that was cast using its disturb ability enters
the battlefield with its back face up.
- Double Faced Cards 712.4b Normally, a transforming double-faced spell has its front face up while on the stack and has only the characteristics of its front face. However, if an effect allows a player to cast a transforming double-faced card “transformed,” the resulting spell will have its back face up and have only the characteristics of its back face. Its mana value is calculated using the mana cost of its front face. A copy of a transforming double-faced spell with its back face up has mana value 0. 712.4d While a transforming double-faced permanent has its back face up, it has only the characteristics of its back face. However, its mana value is calculated using the mana cost of its front face. If a permanent is copying the back face of a transforming double-faced card (even if the card representing that copy is itself a double-faced card), the mana value of that permanent is 0.
The [[Covert Cutpurse]] was not a copy, therefore its CMC is 3. Then [[Pyre of Heroes]] should have allowed for me to select a 4 CMC creature to resolve the effect.
Please test and investigate that cards using CMC calculations calculate the CMC accurately based on the above rulings.

So you did not sacrifice the Covert Cutpurse but its back side Covetous Geist? Then you sacrificed a Spirit Rogue and so cannot fetch a Human Wizard, only something that is a Spirit or a Rogue, Gisa is neither.
