valkmira and Torbran interacting incorrectly
Valkmira not interacting correctly with Torbran.
Torbran deals 2 extra damage on each instance, valkmira denies 1 damage on each instance.
currently valkmira is completely overriding all damage instances

The affected player chooses which replacement/prevention effect to apply first. Thus all instances of 1 damage will be completely negated, and Torbran cannot increase it again, since no damage is being dealt. Only instances of 2+ damage will act like you apparently expect. Though the affected player COULD choose to apply Torbran first, but it's a very rare case where that is desirable.
