"Wish", after resolving, will bug out the UI not allowing me to take any actions

Steps to reproduce: Cast and resolve "Wish" and attempt to cast any spell from the sideboard
Platform: Steam/PC
Results: (After attempting to cast a spell from the sideboard) sideboard shows up but I'm not allowed to choose a spell, scroll through the sideboard, click anywhere outside of it or undo the game action, in short I can't interact with anything that is happening, resulting in a game loss
Expected results: I should be able to cast a card from my sideboard or close the viewing browser etc
This has been happening consistently with one specific deck that I've been trying to build with various artifacts, mana reduction and big payoffs in the Timeless format
HERE'S THE CATCH, I've been playing Mono Red Storm in Historic Bo1 and Bo3 format and after casting and resolving "Wish" I can properly play cards from my sideboard, close the viewing browser etc, all very normal, but after going back to test with the Timeless deck the bug still persists. I've tried deleting and rebuilding the deck from scratch, verifying game files, changing the format and moving cards around, even playing with an incomplete sideboard of less than 15 cards but it keeps happening every time, I've been consistently experiencing the bug 100% of the time while playing the deck, both in proper PvP formats and while testing it out in in a Bot Match to try and reproduce the bug, but with the Red Storm deck I have yet to encounter that bug
I already searched here to see if anyone else has encountered the bug and it seems I'm not the only one, it's been months since this was first reported but still no fix, surprising that a game-breaking bug like this still persists
