there's a bug that doesn't give random amount of free packs to the new players, ive noticed this when a few days ago i made a friend of mine start playing arena, and when we were opening the packs together some of the alchemy packs were missing and all of the packs pre marche of the machine were missng too, they were missing in the mail. i looked it up and found some other people talking about the same issue, and some players even had almost all of their packs missing except for 2/3 sets so the number of missing packs doesnt seem to be fixed. Also some weeks ago i made another friend of mine to try the game and when i asked him how many wild cards he obtained from opening the packs i remember that the number of rare wildcards he got was suspisciously low, i didnt think at the time that he might not have received all the free packs but now that i know about it i think it might have happened to him too. i can provide the mail and the in game names of both the accounts im talking about if its needed
