Petrify
The petrify card stops attacking and blocking, but does not stop abilities like the card says. I literally just used it on someone who had Toph as a commander, and they were still able to earthbend at the end of their turn. This isn't the first time I've had this happen either. It needs to be fixed!

Activated abilities and triggered abilities are two very different things. Petrify stops the former, it does not affect that later. Only activated abilities can be activated, only triggered abilities trigger. The terms are not interchangable, they mean different things.
Activated abilities ALWAYS have the template [cost]:[effect], either on the card itself, or in the rules if it is a keyword ability.
Triggered abilities ALWAYS use the words "when", "whenever" or "at" to denote their trigger condition. (Note, that the word "if"+[condition] does not indicate a triggered ability, rather it indicates a static ability creating a replacement effect.)
With that out of the way, Toph's earthbend ability is a triggered ability.
