Ugin EOTS insta -11 ability
No idea how it’s possible but I just lost to an opponent casting Ugin Eye of the Storms and they were able to use the -11 ability the same turn . Ugin should enter with 7 loyalties? Busted… unless there was some other mechanic that is not a bug? I don’t believe that’s the case.

Cards like Doubling Season or Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider make planeswalkers enter with double the loylaty counters. They do not affect loyalty counters placed by loylaty abilities, because those are costs, but entering with counters are effects and the replacement effects apply to those.
