Oversold Cemetery Bug - Checks Too Early
Oversold Cemetery is supposed to check if you have 4 creatures at the 'beginning of your upkeep'. It either needs to be fixed or errata'd specifically for Arena. If you have 3 creatures in your graveyard at the end of the opponent's turn, and there's a Mesmeric Orb in play, your untapping of land might add more creatures to your graveyard before 'the beginning of your upkeep'. Let's say 5 creatures flipped into your graveyard at the beginning of your turn during your UNTAP step. Oversold Cemetery will still think you only have 3 creatures in your graveyard instead of the new sum of 8. Oversold Cemetery either needs to change specifically to say 'BEGINNING OF YOUR TURN' or this is a bug that fails to resolve the untapping of Mesmeric Orb triggers before the 'beginning of your upkeep' actually starts. Too bad I just blew some wild tokens on making this deck. ugh.

You have a misunderstanding of the rules. NOTHING can go on the stack, much less resolve, during the untap step. Yes, Mesmeric Orb triggers in the untap step, but those triggers cannot be placed on the stack in that step. They have to wait for upkeep. And since the upkeep has to begin for that, it begins with you having only 3 creature cards in the graveyard.
502.4. No player receives priority during the untap step, so no spells can be cast or resolve and no
abilities can be activated or resolve. Any ability that triggers during this step will be held until the
next time a player would receive priority, which is usually during the upkeep step. (See rule 503,
“Upkeep Step.”)
