No priority after countering opponent's spell on my endstep.
Opponent flashed a Phelia in on my endstep. I countered it and then wanted to cast a removal spell on their creature while they were tapped out. However, the game immediately went to the opponent's untap step after the Phelia was countered without letting me cast my removal spell.
