Bug con Avacyn, Ángel de la esperanza
Mi oponente bloqueo con Avacyn y esta misma recibió 2 puntos de daño de combate quedando 8/6
en la segunda fase principal utilizo el Encantamiento "La masacre de ganchocarne" pagando 8 mana (B)(B)(X=6)
el Ángel queda 2/0 pero no va al cementerio.
Criaturas en juego de su campo: Kroxa y Kunoros; Instigador de sed de sangre
No logro comprender porque el angel no murio.

Damage does not reduce toughness. Damage gets marked on creatures, and stays marked until the cleanup step or until an effect removes it. That Avacyn was still an 8/8, with 2 damage marked. The Meathook Massacre made her a 2/2 with 2 damage marked. But she's indestructible, so the now lethal damage could not destroy her.
120.3e Damage dealt to a creature by a source with neither wither nor infect causes that much
damage to be marked on that creature.120.6. Damage marked on a creature remains until the cleanup step, even if that permanent stops being
a creature. If the total damage marked on a creature is greater than or equal to its toughness, that
creature has been dealt lethal damage and is destroyed as a state-based action (see rule 704). All
damage marked on a permanent is removed when it regenerates (see rule 701.19, “Regenerate”) and
during the cleanup step (see rule 514.2).
