Missing season rewards
I didn't get the season rewards. Actually, it's like the season didn't end at all. I still have the ranking i had the end of the previous season. Last season, i was incorrectly set back to bronze, despite being at diamond in constructed and at platinum in limited

A friend of mine told me you won't reset the rank but mail the rewards. Haven't received anything yet

The same happened to me, I filed a report that was transmitted to the dev team and I stopped playing in the meantime. But it was 3 days ago so I started playing again and we will see what happens.

This issue isn’t resolved But their IT department just keeps marking requests to fix it as resolved.
Keep reopening your requests.
Eventually they’ll figure out how to fix it. -

Pretty sure they screwed everyone and are now just doing damage control, unfortunately they don’t know how to actually fix it so they’re just trying to avoid catching a case.
