Pay 200 life
Pay 200 life acheivement. My counter stopped going up. I have paid life playiing against perforatin artist and the black card that i cast cast a spell unless i pay 5 life. After these games, my counter remains at 164

Perforation Artist's ability is not a life payment, it is forced life loss. Same for Painful Quandary (the enchantment you mentioned). A life payment would be like the Ward cost on "Zul Ashur, Lich Lord" or "Sire of Seven Deaths". I got the achievement mostly from shock lands (rare lands with 2 land types that enter tapped unless you pay 2 life).
