Timeout Timer burning while actively responding to opponents actions
Noticed that this is happening when opponents are taking somewhat longer turns due to their abilities needing to be animated/shown to the opposing player.
Like what happened is my opponent was generating Goblin tokens and Blighting things, and the game took an appropriate amount of time to show me what was happening, and I was actively hitting "Resolve" as soon as it came up, but ultimately it started ticking down MY Timeout Timer like I was stalling or something. This probably shouldn't be happening, as it punishes one player for having to sit through another player's turn, and that kind of defeats the whole point of playing MTG against another person. I can only imagine how an opponent must feel when my "Bunny Beatdown" deck starts generating tokens via Hare Apparent and them having to resolve each individual instance of a token being generated and it happens to them.
To reiterate more simply; Players who are actively playing in a timely manner shouldn't be punished for playing in a timely manner.
