cannot craft this card, the message is : "this card cannot be craft using a joker"
Don't understand, I see many opponent playing with, and some people playing as commander !!!
Once I see an opponent playing with I immediatly forfeit, so unfair that people can play with and some people not.
How they can???

No, that's the same version as before. It's the Dominaria version you can craft. You just simplified the view, you did not choose the other version.

I think, it has to do with this particular version being a special item, which cannot be crafted. You can, however, craft the normal version from the Dominaria set. Unfortenately, I don't know, how to get that special Arena version.
