Unfortunately I don't see that happening due to WotC's recent decisions. Dwarfism exists in the real world and it seems they're shying away from things that could reference actual people or cultures.
For example, Raphael from TMNT uses Jitte instead of Sai, even though every other media depiction doesn't have a problem with that, those are the sort of decisions they make.
