Scurry Oak Triggers Not Working on Opponent Effects
The opponent put a -1/-1 counter on Scurry Oak, but it didn't trigger the creation of a squirrel token. Scurry Oak's text implies it doesn't care what player a counter comes from, so it should be creating squirrels, even on an opponent's effect.

The origin of the counter doesn't matter, but the kind of counter does. Scurry Oak only triggers for +1/+1 counters, nothing else.
