Subject: Feedback on Shuffler Transparency and Pricing - From a daily player since Jan 2022

Hello Wizards Support team,

I have played MTG Arena almost every day since January 2022.

I feel the game is heavily rigged. My opponents always have the perfect curve on turn 1, 2, 3, and always have removal. They never have mana issues. My deck, even with 4 copies, rarely draws what I need. The difference is so obvious that many players believe the shuffler is manipulated.

Even if it is not rigged, the lack of transparency makes it feel rigged. Please publish the latest details about the shuffler and the BO1 hand smoother.

Also, you raised prices significantly without any explanation. This feels dishonest to loyal players. Please explain the reason.

I am not expecting free stuff. I just want a fair game and honest communication. If this continues, the player base will keep decreasing. I am already considering quitting.
