Hellcat, Undying Vigilante
I had built several +1/+! counters on my board units using Black Panther, Vanguard. Upon dying in combat and returning to the field. All previous staked +1/+1 counters on my units that had been added through summoning creatures were removed from my creatures. This lost me my game during a gem draft match. Inexcusable to spend money in the game only to lose to a bug.

Black Panther, Vanguard does not give any counters to anything. His ability is merely a +1/+1 temporary buff (until end of turn). Only effects that use the word "counter" use counters. and it only affects the creatures for as long as they remain on the battlefield. It will not carry over a zone change, much less two.
Also, even if counters were involved, once a permanent changes zones, ALL counters are removed from it.
There is no bug here. You simply do not have a good grasp of the basic rules of this game.
