Shuffling back into library
The shuffle back into library mechanics seem to be a little broken probabilities wise. When ever I shuffle even a small amount of cards back into my library 1 or more of them always seems to be in the top 5. Another example is I just played a game where I choas warped a Chronicles of Victory only for the same card to be revealed after resolution. While this is technically possible, I the probability of this happening is astronimical unless there is cheating involved. I would assume your shuffling is "random" but something needs to be tweaked.

The chances of a 4-of in the deck being in the top 5 of a remaining library of 50 cards are roughly 33%, so in about 1 in 3 cases a card that is shuffled back in, provided it is 4-of in the library, will be present in the top 5. Those chances drastically impove when the remaining library is smaller. Even if the card is just a 1-of, the chances of it being in the top 5 in a 50 card library are about 1 in 10. Hardly astronomical odds.
