repeal
I used Jace, Telepath Unbound to "Flashback" Repeal. The game would not let me flashback it for X=0 also there were tokens that are legal targets.

Not all tokens have a mana value of 0. Tokens that are copies of cards have the mana value of the original. Some tokens are also lands, or can be made into lands, which makes then illegal targets for Repeal.
