Original Tasha, Unholy Archmage and a duplicate using Spark Double on the battlefield. Activated the first ability on both to give the emblem. When opponent attacks only one emblem is adding the -1/-1 counter to their attacking creatures.
Both emblems are supposed to trigger as they are separate emblems from two different Tasha permanents putting a -1/-1 counter for each emblem on the attacking creature(s).

Tasha's first ability sets up a delayed trigger for when your opponent attacks you or that specific Tasha. So if your opponent attacked onl y your two Tashas, each Tasha's delayed trigger only triggered for the creatures attacking it, not the other Tasha. Neither will trigger for creatures attacking other planeswalkers under your control or battles you defend.
