I had 5000 coins and 720 gems.
I decided to enter a quick draft for 5000 coins (5 packs' worth)
I got offered all bad cards and hardly any cards of the colors I chose, I won 0 matches..
With my 50 gems, I then had enough to play again at 750 gems.
I won 4 games, and won 350 and 1 pack.
I could have used my 750 gems and 5000 coins to get 8 packs of cards, instead, I played quick draft and ended up with enough for 1 pack...
I've decided that your business model is so **** corrupt that it is absolutely impossible to get any worth out of actually paying to enter events. You think you're smart, making people pay money for nothing..

Smart is knowing there is 0 point in paid events, refusing to give you my money and instead just exploiting daily coins for packets.
If the paid events gave people a higher return, people would want to keep playing. Instead, I've come to the realization that I will never ever again give a single dollar to MTG Arena. This isn't something I've done, it's something mtg has done.
Just because they make money, doesn't mean they're good at it, losing 80% of your income over stupid choices all the time isn't business. Money distracts them, instead of focusing on business, they're on Epstein's Island.
