Commander (Raubahn, Bull of Ala Mhigo) did not trigger his ability
If Sword of fire and Ice is equipped, the ability doesn’t trigger. There is a bug. I play with IOS (I-pad).

Not a bug, protection. Raubahn's trigger targets both the equipment and the creature you want to attach it to. Raubahn is red, so if your intended target creature has protection from red, like due to Sword of Fire and Ice, the trigger cannot target it. If there is no other legal target creature, you cannot choose all required targets, and the trigger is removed from the stack right away.

The bug happens a few times. It’s not a one time problem.
