My turn comes, at untap, vehicle which is no longer a creature does not untap, which is not how the rule works.
Spider woman clearly says creature. The vehicle is no longer a creature.

That is how the rules work. Just because the permanent changes type does not make it exempt from the freezing effect affecting it. It was a legal target when the ability resolved, and so is subjected to its effect for the remainder of the stated duration, which in this case is "for as long as you control Spider-Woman".
