I'm not sure if this is a known thing and was decided to be allowed, but I just played against Scriv the Obligator in ranked brawl and it was just stupid to play against. The card is clearly made for 4 player commander, so it feels very out of place in brawl, which is 1v1. Every turn you just get a thing that means you can't attack without killing yourself pretty quickly when they stack up (which is very fast when they multiply it). And even if you try to remove it, they just play it again and the ability retriggers either way. Normally you would be meant to just attack another player, but in brawl it just means you can't attack or you kill yourself.
