Why would she? Undercover Skrull is neither a Faerie nor an Elf. It may be a Shapeshifter, but that is only its own creature type, it does NOT make it every other creature type. For that the creature needs the CHANGELING ability or something similar. No creature type has any inherrent additional effects or rules attached (anymore). The Skrull CAN get the changeling ability by itself, but requires two creature cards in your graveard for that. Did you have that?
