After about 4-5 more times of me attacking with something big enough, the one that was 4120/4120 finally gave me the achievement lol

It was a 36/36 before attackers were declared, yes

Was itr a 36/36 when you declared it as attacker? If not, that's the problem. The achievement requires the creature to have 21+ power at the time it is declared as attacker.
