Poq's trigger is not once per turn. It is once per land entering. Usually you cannot play more than one land per turn, but there is no limit on how many lands you can have enter on the same turn.
Also, it would behoove you to use proper terminology to avoid confusion in the future. A trigger can never activate, that term is reserved for activated abilities only, only those can be activated. Triggers trigger, and that term is for triggered abilities only. Activated abilities and triggered abilities are very different beasts, you can't treat them as similar.
